Selects a recovery volume (a volume created by promoting an inbound replica set), and makes the promotion permanent. The resulting volume will no longer be flagged as a recovery volume and cannot be demoted to the original inbound replica set.
You must give the volume a new name.
If you want to replicate the volume, you must configure replication on the volume. The first replication will require a complete transfer of the volume data.
Format
volume select recovery_volume delete-failback new_name
