SETUP OF THE TOKEN SERVICE DATABASE AND GLASSFISH CONFIGURATION


Configuring the Token Service Database:
- If not already done, install db-derby (latest is 10.5.1.1)
- Start the network server connection (startNetworkServer)
- Move to the /etc directory of the OAuth Service extension - you should see the dbsetup.sql file.
- Create the network DB (using Derby's command line tool ij).
  For instance, assuming the db server is run locally:
  ij> connect 'jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/TokenServiceDB;user=username;password=password;create=true';
- Create tables by running the following commands:
  ij> run 'dbsetup.sql';


Configuring Glassfish:
- Make sure GF points at the appropriate DERBY installation (AS_DERBY_INSTALL
  variable in Glassfish's asenv.conf file)
- Launch Glassfish and log in as administrator
- Expand the Resources tab on the left and click on the Connection Pools folder.
- Create a new Connection with the following General Settings:
	Datasource Classname: org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDataSource
	Resource Type: javax.sql.DataSource
- In the Additional Properties tab of Connection Pools make sure the following
  properties are defined (and only those)
	User: username
	DatabaseName: TokenServiceDB
	Password: password
	driverClass: org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver
	URL: jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/TokenServiceDB
	PortNumber: 1527
	serverName: localhost
- Click on JDBC Resources under the Resources tab on the left
- Create a new resource (JNDI name: TokenServiceDB) and select the
   connection pool you just created.
