To Export LDAP Data or Initialize a Suffix

• Click Directory Servers tab then Suffixes tab, select a suffix checkbox, and choose the action from the drop-down menu.

  • Export suffix data to an LDIF file.

  • Initialize a suffix. You can initialize a suffix from an LDIF file or from another suffix through a replication agreement.
