All of the procedures in Directory Service Control Center (DSCC) can also be performed by using command-line tools.
The Directory Server command-line tools are dsadm and dsconf.
The Directory Proxy Server command-line tools are dpadm and dpconf.
The man pages for the command-line tools are available on the command line, or in published form in the Oracle Fusion Middleware Man Page Reference for Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition 11g Release 1 (11.1.1).
