Setting a forwarding address

You can identify an email address to forward your messages and choose to retain the message in your mailbox or automatically delete the message when forwarded

To forward your email

1. Click the Options tab .

2. Click the Mail tab.

3. Scroll down and add the complete forwarding address to the Address to forward mail to: field.

4. If you want to automatically delete the email from your Zimbra account, enable Don't keep a local copy of messages.

5. Click Save.
