The technology at the core of Open Web Server has been in development for over a decade. This mature, high performance technology drives some of the most demanding high profile Web sites.

Be Involved
Open Web Server is created by the OpenSolaris Web Stack project, but is buildable and usable on many Operating Systems including Linux, Solaris and Windows. The OpenSolaris Web Stack project integrates upstream Web technologies from other projects, and is also the steward of Open Web Server. We welcome your participation in our community.
