Monitoring Replication

If there is no progress in a replication operation, a warning alarm will occur. If this occurs or if replicating a volume takes a long time, be sure you have adequate network bandwidth between the groups, in addition to full IP routing. A slow network link between the partners may result in long replication times.

Examine the status of the volume replication and check to see how much data is being moved. Ensure that the network link can handle this much data. You may need to increase the network bandwidth.
